Keep yourself fit, avoid oil and sugar
If you are gaining weight, it does not mean you are over eating. But it means that you are intaking more calories than you are burning. Why I am trying to say to keep away from oil & sweet?
Simple they contain more calories. You may take not a bigger dish, but you may finish up taking more calories. So avoid fries & oily foods. But do not say nice bye for ever, otherwise your skin may lose glow.
Sweets are as well as a large source of calories. & you ought to try to take at less as you can. & in case you are eating everything, yet need to lose weight, then start going to gym today. Else see your waistline increasing in weeks.
