Hearbal tea to cut heart attack risk
Cholesterol can be controlled without everyday diet and some special herbal tea. Yes, a recent study in Osmania University shows that a special herbal tea can reduce the level of cholesterol if taken for a definite period. Actually the researchers put some herbal parts in the tea to understand their role in reducing cholesterol.
The herbal tea was consisted of Terminalia, Arjuna, Rauwolfia serpentine, Sida Cordifolia, Digitalis Pupurea and green tea leaf. This study was held of 35 people, they took the tea for 45 days. They took it two times every day in the coursework of these 45 days, and researchers took the reading of the cholesterol before and after these 45 days. And the result was lovely, as the cholesterol came down from 201.06 milligrammes per decilitre (mg/dl) to 189.93 mg/dl. Researchers now think this study provided facts to take up commercial production of this tea to help heart patients.
